Pending repairs
List what is broken, with photos and notes. Mark each repair as pending, in process or completed, and see who changed what and when.
Trip scheduling
The owner schedules a trip with the date, the route, the guests and the instructions. The crew gets a notification and knows what to prepare.
Logbook
A record of every trip the boat made: departure, arrival, route, crew and passengers. Search it when you need a date or a destination.
Tracking
See the boat on the map. The boat's tablet or a phone on board reports the position while VesselBoss is open, and the owner can ask for the position at any time.
Scheduled maintenance
List the work that repeats, by engine hours or by months: oil changes, filters, haul-out. Each task shows if it is up to date, due soon or overdue, and keeps a record of the work done.
Engines
Keep each engine and generator with its model, serial number and hours. Update the hours and VesselBoss knows which maintenance is due.
Checklists
Make your own checklists, such as before departure or after arrival. Tick the items on any phone, and everyone sees when each checklist was completed and by whom.

Viewers don't count as users.

Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. You create your boat and use everything for 30 days. You only enter a card when you choose a plan.
What happens when the 30 days end?
You choose a plan in the app, under Menu, Subscriptions. If you don't, the boat becomes read-only: everyone can still see everything and nothing is deleted, but nobody can add or change records until a plan is paid.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. VesselBoss works on iPhone, Android, tablets and any computer with a browser. Your records are the same on all of them.
Is it in the App Store or Google Play?
No. It installs straight from the browser: open the app, then choose "Add to Home Screen" on iPhone or "Install" on Android and computers.
Who can see my boat?
Only the people you invite. Each boat has its own list of users, and an Admin can remove anyone at any time.
How do I pay?
By card, inside the app. The payment is processed for iFalcon.net by its payment processor; VesselBoss never stores your card number.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, in the app. The boat keeps working until the end of the month already paid.
